Summary:The present invention relates to an electrode substrate of a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing an electrode substrate of a touch panel according to the present invention comprises: forming a first pattern unit and a second pattern unit by using a mold on a UV curing resin layer formed on a transparent substrate; depositing metal material on each of the upper parts of the first pattern unit and the second pattern unit; and removing the metal material on the upper part of the first pattern unit by performing a wet etching process for the metal material, and leaving the metal material on the upper part of the second pattern unit to form an electrode.
