Summary:The present invention relates to an electrochromic device comprising first and second transparent substrates which are faced to each other at predetermined intervals; a transparent electrode which is positioned on a surface of the first transparent substrate which is faced to the second transparent substrate; a reflecting layer which is positioned on a surface of the second transparent substrate which is faced to the first transparent substrate; a first electrochromic coating layer which is coated with an electrochromic material and which is positioned between the transparent electrode and the reflecting layer; and an electrolyte layer which is received between the electrochromic coating layer and the reflecting layer. The present invention is provided to facilitate uniform changed color and decolorization; increase the efficiency of power consumption; and improve the durability of the device and a decolorization response speed.
