Summary:A provisional flower pot of flood protection of the present invention comprises main bodies and water-proof plates. The main body entirely has a hexahedral shape. The main body is composed of a containing space with an opened upper portion and guide grooves vertically formed on both lateral surfaces of the main body. Transfer rollers are formed at the bottom portion of the main body such that the transfer rollers are able to move through rotation. A blocking film is coupled with the bottom portion of the main body such that it is stretched downwardly outside of the main body. When the main bodies are positioned adjacent to each other, the water-proof plates are inserted into and coupled with the grooves of the neighboring main bodies. The main bodies may be used as flower pots by planting landscape trees therein, sand pockets for disaster prevention may be contained in the main bodies. At the time of flood, such main bodies are arranged at predetermined intervals in the region requiring water proofing, such as a boundary between the sidewalk and the driveway, both end portions of the water-proof plates are inserted into and coupled with the guide grooves of the neighboring main bodies, thereby preventing flood. At normal times, the main bodies serve as flower pots for landscape trees or storerooms for disaster preventing product. However, at the time of flood, the water-proof plates are inserted into the main bodies, thereby completely forming a water-proof wall.
