The present invention relates to a decoration film having mirror effect which is used for exterior panels of various home appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines. The present invention is capable of reducing the defect rate by using a roll type decoration film which is a laminated layer of a non-conducting mirror PET film without a direct deposition of nickel (Ni) on the lower surface of a blue glass. Furthermore, the present invention is capable of improving the productivity by having a continuous roll type manufacturing process; and simplifying a working process by not removing the partial area of an operating section in which the user will touch with hand, because whole area of exterior panels is non-conductive.
