A backflow blocking type safety check valve is provided. The present invention comprises: a valve body having a distribution hole between an inlet and an outlet; an inner casing having an opening part on the outer side to be arranged in the upper part of the distribution hole; a plug going up and down inside of the inner casing to open and close the opening part and distribution hole; a spring pressurizing the plug elastically; an upper disc arranged in a settlement part caved into the upper side of the plug, whose outer periphery is assembled to be rotated inside of the settlement part, and having an upper connection hole; a lower disc arranged in the lower part of the upper disc by having a lower connection hole which is connected and corresponds to the upper connection hole, and is connected to the lower end of a first inner spring which is elastically supported upward; a first chamber caved in the bottom side of the settlement part to arrange a second inner spring which supports a vertical pin, in the upper direction elastically, whose top end touches a connection hole penetrated into the lower disk; and a second chamber caved into the bottom side of the settlement part to be connected to the outside and equilibrating the internal pressure with the external pressure of the valve body when the upper and lower connection holes are connected.
