Summary:The present invention relates to thin optical phantom for mimicking human body which uses a spin coating method and has a thickness of thin film in μm unit and a uniform surface and facilitates adjustment of thickness and has optical properties such as absorbance, scattering and the likes which are same as human body tissues and to a method for manufacturing the same. For the above characteristics, the present invention provides the thin optical phantom for mimicking human body and the method for manufacturing the same in order to use the same for analyzing optical properties and structural properties of epidermis and skin tissues including the same by thickness. The method for manufacturing the thin optical phantom for mimicking human body comprises the steps of: mixing a base material with a hardener in a ratio of 2:1 and forming a mixture having non-newtonian fluid characteristics in order to mimic the optical characteristics similar to human skin tissue; selecting an optical material, which is composed of absorbing materials which absorb light in wavelength predetermined for mimicking optical absorbance characteristics of human tissues, or scattering materials which scatter light in wavelength predetermined for mimicking optical scattering characteristics of the human body tissues, and concentration of the optical material and mixing the optical material with the mixture and forming a mixing solution; and setting up rotation speed of a spin coater, the number of rotations, and rotation time and forming a coating surface by spin coating using a coating solution of the spin coater.
