The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for analyzing deposit components in a mold during an injection molding process, more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for extracting gas separated from a plastic resin deposited in a mold during the injection molding process and analyzing the elements and amount of gas. According to the present invention, deposition amount in a mold according to the cumulative number of injection molding and allows development of material with little deposition amount in a mold through comparison in deposition amount in a mold per plastic resins by grasping components that cause deposition in a mold.
