More Information
Summary:The present invention relates to a hydrogenation method for aldehydes and, more specifically to a hydrogenation method for aldehydes comprising: a first step of introducing hydroformylation reaction products containing aldehydes, and hydrogen gas into a hydriding reactor, wherein hydrogenization catalysts are fixed, and measuring aldehyde conversion ratio value calculated from the inflow amount and reduction amount of the aldehyde while performing a hydriding reaction; a second step of cutting the inflow of hydroformylation reaction products off at a point when the aldehyde conversion ratio value is less than 99.5%, and reproduces the hydrogenization catalysts by supplying hydrogen gas; and a third step of reintroducing hydroformylation reaction products containing aldehydes, and hydrogen gas under the reproduced hydrogenization catalysts and continuously performing the hydrogenation reaction. The present invention improves hydrogenation process yield and effectively reproduces poisoned hydrogenization catalysts with a simple process.
