Summary:The present invention relates to a method for regenerating a hydrogenation catalyst and, more specifically, to a method for reproducing a poisoned hydrogenation catalyst during a hydroformylation process, wherein the method stops hydrogenation in a reactor in which a hydrogenation catalyst is fixed for the production of alcohol and reproduces a poisoned hydrogenation catalyst during the hydroformylation process of a hydroformylation product by flowing hydrogen gas at high temperatures and normal pressures. According to the present invention, a poisoned hydrogenation catalyst can be efficiently reproduced.
