The present invention relates to a display panel and a display device including the same and, more specifically, to the display panel including a fiber reinforced plastic substrate and the display device including the same. The display panel according to one embodiment of the preset invention includes a substrate and a pixel layer. The first lattice pattern is arranged on the substrate with a first lattice cycle. The pixel layer includes a second lattice pattern with a second lattice cycle. The first lattice cycle is P 10um. The second lattice cycle is H 10um. When H is larger than P, P=H x 2/(2n+1) is satisfied, wherein, n is a natural number. When H is smaller than P, P=H x (2n+1)/2 is satisfied.
