A beam splitter splits the light emitted from the light source into a signal beam and a reference beam. An angle deflector changes the direction of the signal beam according to time. A signal beam transmission part provides the signal beam to a hologram recode medium. A reference beam transmission part provides the reference beam to a position which is same as the position of the signal beam on the hologram recode medium.
