Summary:The present invention relates to a smart antitheft device which prevents thefts of electronic equipment and comprises; a connector for electrically connecting with portable electronic equipment; a sensing part which senses the change of the portable electronic equipment; an input part which includes a security button controlling a function of the sensing part and an information input part capable of inputting authentication information for user authentication; a theft warning part which generates a warning tone; a control part which operates the theft warning part if user authentication information is not inputted or the inputted user authentication information is not matched with stored user information when a sensing signal from the sensing part is received and a theft situation is determined and stops the operation of the theft warning part if the user authentication information which is matched with the user information is inputted during the operation of the theft warning part; a charging battery which supplies a power source to the sensing part, the input part, the theft warning part, and the control part. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent thefts of the electronic equipment by sensing the change of the portable electronic equipment and performing user verification if a change is sensed and giving a theft warning when there is a problem.
