The present invention relates to a natural healthy drink containing gromwell roots and a method for producing the same, more particularly to a natural healthy drink produced by fermenting gromwell roots in persimmon vinegar and a method for producing the same. The present invention provides a natural healthy drink containing 25-35 parts by weight of gromwell roots, 20-25 parts by weight of gromwell branches and leaves, 5-10 parts by weight of elm, 5-10 parts by weight of ulmus macrocarpa, 5-10 parts by weight of Allium hookeri powder, 5-10 parts by weight of aloe vera, and 5-10 parts by weight of plum. According to the present invention, the natural healthy drink contains active ingredients of the gromwell roots, and thus is enjoyable by everyone as a healthy drink having an anti-inflammatory action.
