The present invention relates to a ship building system and a method based on remote simulation using mobile, which enable a worker to perform production simulation based on production plan, resource plan and logistics plan in real-time by using mobile and to cope with urgent and unexpected situation of the field through correction, reflection of the result and re-execution of the simulation reflecting the same. According to the present invention, if unexpected situation like gap between plan and result, unexpected field condition and change in field work sequence occurs, the worker in the shipyard can obtain available simulation result reflecting the variable condition in the field in real-time, by inputting related items as simulation data by using a mobile terminal, and can cope with emergency and unexpected situation in the field flexibly through the same.
