Summary:PURPOSE: A touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the thickness of the touch panel without degradation of touch performance, by forming a driving channel and a sensing channel with a conductive mesh. CONSTITUTION: A base film (40) has a coated conductive mesh. A first conductive mesh is coated on the base film and is patterned to have a first pattern corresponding to a number of driving channels recognizing horizontal coordinates. A second conductive mesh (70) is coated on the base film, and is patterned to have a second pattern corresponding to a number of sensing channels recognizing vertical coordinates. An insulating part (60) is located between the first conductive mesh and the second conductive mesh.
