Summary: | PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the fuel cell separating board is provided to mass produce the fuel cell separating board which has the corrosion resistance and conductivity with the simple process by coating the graphite-like carbon on the stainless steel base material substrate with the nano size thin film within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell separating board for the region, the building and the mobile device comprises by coating a graphite-like carbon layer as the nano size thickness on the surface of the base material substrate (100) which consists of the stainless steel. Moreover, a manufacturing method of the fuel cell separating board comprises a step of charging the stainless steel base material substrate and a solid carbon target in a vacuum chamber; a step of heating and vacuum processing the inside of the chamber; and a step of coating the graphite-like carbon layer as the nano size thickness in the surface of the stainless steel base material substrate by inserting the inert gas in the vacuum chamber. |
