Summary: | PURPOSE: A cold forging mono cone is provided to maximize productivity and to improve the work environment, since the cold forging mono cone is capable of reducing not only additional expenses but also production hours. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cold forging mono cone comprises the following steps. A material is cut in a fixed length. The material is heated at 700°C-800°C; maintained with the heating temperature for one hour; kept at a predetermined temperature and time for each step; passed through cooling (furnace cooling); and annealed by being cooled at 600°C in the air. The annealed material is shot-treated (SHOT) with standard shot balls of Ø 0.6-Ø 0.8 mm for the shot time of 15-20 minutes. The material complete in the shot process is lubricated. The lubricated material is processed through a complex forming process, which includes forward extrusion, upward setting, and backward extrusion, to perform cold-forging only on the inner circumferential surface of the mono cone (10).
