PURPOSE: A foam generating machine for a self car wash is provided to automatically maintain the temperatures of washing water and washing detergent stored in a water tank and a detergent tank using a heater. CONSTITUTION: A foam generating machine for a self car wash comprises a supply pump (20), a temperature sensor (30), a heater (40), an air compressor (50), a foam generator (60), first and second valves (61, 62), a nozzle (70), and a controller (80). The supply pump pumps washing water and washing detergent stored in a water tank (10) and a detergent tank (11). The temperature sensor senses the temperatures of the washing water and the washing detergent. If the temperatures of the washing water and the washing detergent are less than a preset reference value, the heater heats the washing water and the washing detergent. The foam generator generates foam by mixing the washing water and the washing detergent with air. The first and second valves discharge the washing water, the washing detergent, and the air or cut off the washing water, the washing detergent, and the air.
