Summary:PURPOSE: A media transmitting device using a black box for vehicle is provided to enable a user to play/listen the desired media, by not directly moving the media to a storage media but receiving the media through the wireless communication network. CONSTITUTION: Storage (304) is comprised of a memory and comprises a secure digital (SD) card storing the transmitted media and a server PC recording the operation information, which is generated as the black box function. A wireless processing unit (301) modulates the information into an electric wave when transmitting the media, and transmits the electric wave through a power amplifier. A black box terminal modulates the electric wave and receives the information. A control unit (300) transmits the operation information to the server PC, stores the media in the memory of black box, and plays the media through an output unit when a user requests.
