Summary: | The present invention provides a scratch-resistant resin laminate which has scratch resistance function in the form of high surface hardness, while solving the problems of warping, productivity and the like. Proposed is a scratch-resistant resin laminate which has a configuration wherein a curable resin layer (B) that contains an organic-inorganic hybrid hard coating agent is laminated on both surfaces or one surface of an acrylic resin layer (A) that contains an acrylic resin as a main component. This scratch-resistant resin laminate is characterized in that: the acrylic resin layer (A) is a hard resin (a) which has a hard dispersed phase in an acrylic resin layer matrix; the organic-inorganic hybrid hard coating agent is configured of a curable resin composition that contains an inorganic component having a reactive functional group; the curable resin layer (B) has a thickness within the range of 5-15 mum; and the surface on which the curable resin layer (B) is laminated has a surface hardness of 7H or more. |
