Summary:PURPOSE: A sensor of a touch screen and a touch screen panel with the same are provided to cover up an electrode layer by forming a metal black layer on the electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A first sensor unit (200) is formed an electrode connected with a first pattern in a first direction, and first detecting units (210) are formed into the electrode with a lattice shape and same pattern. The first detecting units comprise a first connection unit (220) connecting the first detecting units to each other. A second sensor unit (300) comprises second sensing units (310) and second connection unit (320). The second sensing units comprise the electrode connected with second patterns formed into the lattice shapes in a second direction. The connection unit comprises the electrode connected with same patterns to the second direction, and connects the second sensing units to each other.
