PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal polyester film stably forms a liquid crystal polyester film with thin thickness and excellent strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal polyester film by an inflation film-making method comprises a step of melt-extruding liquid crystal polyester; a step of melt-filtering the liquid crystal polyester by using a filter with a filtering accuracy of 1-50 micron; a step of extruding liquid crystal polyester by using a ring type inflation die with a slit gap of 0.30 mm or less; and a step of elongating the polyester film with an elongation magnification of 3.5 or greater in a direction perpendicular to a drawing direction with regard to the drawing direction.
