Summary:PURPOSE: A production method of fermented powder tea is provided to use a brown rice and guava leaf fermentation material with an excellent antioxidant effect. CONSTITUTION: Guava leaves, steamed brown rice, malt, and yeast are used to produce fermented liquid. The fermented liquid is filtered and dried to obtain brown rice and guava leaf fermented powder. The brown rice and guava leaf fermented powder is extracted with ethanol. The obtained extract is dried to obtain brown rice and guava leaf fermented and extracted powder. 100 parts by weight of steamed brown rice, 10-3 parts by weight of malt, 20-30 parts by weight of dried guava leaves, less than 1 part by weight of yeast, and 700-1,500 parts by weight of water is prepared.
