PURPOSE: A multimedia control device for vehicles is provided to easily control a multimedia device arranged in the vehicle by easily sensing driver's instructs with a motion sensor in order that the drivers can efficiently focus on the front of a driving vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A multimedia control device for vehicles comprises a media selecting unit (120), a motion sensing unit (130), and a main control unit (150). The motion sensing unit senses an instructing member of drivers by using a motion sensor in a three dimensional space which is adjacent to the media selecting unit. The main control unit determines whether or not any one among the media selecting units is selected by the instructing member of the drivers through the motion sensor and controls the selected media to operate.
