PURPOSE: A barrier substrate, a barrier panel having the same, and a stereoscopic image display device having the same are provided to reduce the generation of crosstalk between the top and bottom of odd barrier electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A first barrier substrate includes a first base substrate (211), odd barrier electrodes (OE1-OEn), even barrier electrodes (EE1-EEn), a first signal line (SL1), a second signal line (SL2), a third signal line (SL3), and a fourth signal line (SL4). The odd barrier electrodes and the even barrier electrodes are extended in a first direction on the first base substrate and are arranged in a second direction different from the first direction. The first signal line is electrically connected to one ends of the odd barrier electrodes and provides a first signal in the second direction. The second signal line is electrically connected to the other ends of the odd barrier electrodes and provides the first signal in a third direction opposite to the second direction. The third signal line is electrically connected to one ends of the even barrier electrodes and provides a second signal different from the first signal in the second direction. The fourth signal line is electrically connected to the other ends of the even barrier electrodes and provides the second signal in the third direction.
