Summary:The transformer has intermediate-phase barriers (4) made of an electrically insulating material and arranged in an intermediate space between coils (1-3). The barriers are formed as plate-shaped barriers in form of linear, planar and rectangular plates. Creepage path projections are arranged at outer edges of the barriers that are formed as a single-piece molded part with the projections. The barriers are connected with each other by a spacer that is made of an electrically insulating material. A groove is closed on one side for locking a corner area of the barriers.
