Summary:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of solid-state fermented allium victorialis and fermented allium victorialis are provided to increase antioxidant activity, SOD like activity, DPPH radical scavenging activity and etc and have an excellent antidiabetic effect, thereby being used for the prevention or treatment composition of diabetes or diabetic combination disease. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fermented allium victorialis comprises: a step of reacting allium victorialis with enzyme by treating the allium victorialis with α-herbzyme; a step which cultures the product of previous step with at least one microorganism selected from a group consisting of saccharomyces cerevisiae, lactobacillus delbrueckki; a step of extracting the cultured material; and a step of filtering and concentrating the extract. A prevention or treatment composition of diabetes or diabetic combination disease reacts allium victorialis with α-herbzyme and includes fermented products which are fermented with at least one microorganism selected from a group consisting of saccharomyces cerevisiae and lactobacillus delbrueckki.
