Summary:PURPOSE: A surface roughness increasing method of a titanium implant is provided to increase adhesive strength and to redouble the bone conduction speed by utilizing 1-30% of a residual hydroxyapatite (HA) isolator, thereby reducing the speed of bone integration for a patient after a surgical procedure. CONSTITUTION: A surface roughness increasing method of a titanium implant comprises the following steps. An implant type base metal, which is made of Ti or low carbon Ti alloy and composed 0.8-8.0 μm of the controlled average illuminance of a surface, is prepared (S10). Particles of hydroxyapatite (HA) collide with the implant type base metal at low temperature and high speed (S20). The implant type base metal is precipitated in liquid, and washed (S30). [Reference numerals] (S10) Step of preparing an implant type base metal with an average illuminance of the surface of 0.8-8.0μm, which is prepared by Ti or low carbon Ti alloy; (S20) Step of colliding hydroxyapatite(HA) particles with the implant type base metal at low temperature and high speed; (S30) Step of precipitating the implant type base metal in liquid and washing
