Summary:PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for the long-term ejection of trimethazidine is provided to adjust the ejection of trimethazidine active ingredients with the function of time by the property and thickness of diluting agents at an external layer. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition is a composition for the long-term ejection of trimethazidine. An inner phase of the pharmaceutical composition includes trimethazidine and an external layer of the pharmaceutical composition includes retarder and anti-agglomerant. The retarder is selected from ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate, cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate propionate, cellulose acetate phthalate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose acetate succinate and/or polymethacrylate.
