Summary:PURPOSE: A battery pack is disclosed which can block the radiation of electromagnetic waves from a protecting element to a transceiver, so as to prevent the degradation of the transceiver. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack (10) includes a battery cell (110) and a protective circuit module (120) electrically connected to the battery cell accommodating multiple circuit layers with respective to the circuit patterns. At least one respective circuit pattern is an occlusion pattern shielding at least a part of the electromagnetic waves generated in the protective circuit module. The electronic device comprises the battery pack for supplying electricity to the electronic device and a transceiver (21).
