Summary:PURPOSE: A double sided light-receiving type solar cell is provided to improve a contact property between P type electrode and p+ type doping part by comprising aluminum powder. CONSTITUTION: A p+ doping part (112) is positioned on a first surface of a substrate. A P type electrode part (114) is electrically connected with the p+ doping part. An n+ doping part (115) is positioned on a second surface of the substrate. An N type electrode part (117) is electrically connected with the n+ doping part. The P type electrode part comprises a first inorganic solid content comprising first powder which comprises silver (Ag) having an average particle diameter of 0.2μm-1μm, and second powder which comprises group III element having an average particle diameter of 1μm-5μm. The N type electrode part comprises a second inorganic solid content comprising only the first powder between the first and second powder.
