Summary: | PURPOSE: A glass frit, a conductive paste composition comprising the same, and a solar cell comprising the same are provided to show low contact resistance and high efficiency by containing SiO2, PbO, Al2O3, ZrO2, ZnO, and Li2O in specific compositions. CONSTITUTION: A glass frit contains SiO2, PbO, and at least one selected among Al2O3, ZrO2, ZnO, and Li2O. The glass frit contains 5-30 weight% of SiO2, 50-90 weight% of PbO, 0.1-10 weight% of Al2O3, and 0.1-10 weight% of ZrO2. The average diameter of the glass frit is in the range of 0.5-10 um. A conductive paste composition contains 60-95 parts by weight of silver powder, 0.1-10 of a glass frit, 0.1-5 parts by weight of lithium titanium oxide, 1-20 parts by weight of a binder, and 1-20 parts by weight of a solvent. A solar cell comprises a first conductive substrate (1), a second conductive emitter layer (2), an anti-reflection film (3), a front electrode (4), and a rear electrode (5). The front electrode is formed using the conductive paste composition. |
