Summary: | PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to form the desired number of opening parts for forming a plurality of rear electric field parts in a desired location. CONSTITUTION: A second conductive type emitter part (121) is formed on a first surface of a first conductive type substrate (110). A protection unit (193) is formed on a second surface which is opposite to the first surface of the first conductive type substrate. The part of the protection unit without an etch stop layer is exposed by selectively forming the etch stop layer on the protection unit by a screen printing method. A plurality of opening parts are formed on the protection unit by etching the exposed part of the protection unit by using the etch stop layer as a mask. A first electrode pattern including first metals is formed on the first surface of the first conductive type substrate. A second electrode pattern including second metals is formed on the second surface of the first conductive type substrate. |
