Summary: | PURPOSE: A hardening method of protective film is provided to improve the hardness of the protective film by irradiating laser beam to the protective film coated to the flexible substrate and use laser which uniformly maintain the hardness of the protective film through the whole front side of the flexible substrate. CONSTITUTION: The hardening method of protective film using a laser comprises the step of preparing the flexible substrate coated with inorganic film. The hardening method of protective film comprises a step of converting the laser beam which irradiated to the flexible substrate to have a fixed sectional shape. The hardening method of protective film comprises a step of irradiating the converted laser beam to the flexible substrate. The inorganic film is a silicon oxide film (SiO_2). The flexible substrate is formed with plastic material. |
