CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure (120) includes a first conductive semiconductor layer (115), an active layer (117), and a second conductive semiconductor layer (119). A reflection member (191) is arranged on one side of at least one layer of the light emitting structure. A first electrode (135) is arranged under the first conductive semiconductor layer. A reflection electrode layer (131) is arranged under the second conductive semiconductor layer. A second electrode (137) is arranged under the reflection electrode layer.
