Summary:PURPOSE: A jump force improvement insole is provided to help to reduce the fatigue of an athlete and to prevent the injury by providing the same match power improvement with less use of the muscle, by absorbing the impact of foot when walking or exercising and by strengthening the jump force and the forward walking force of the athlete. CONSTITUTION: A jump force improvement insole (100) is classified into a front foot unit (200) which corresponds to the toe area; a heel unit (240) which corresponds to the heel; and a middle foot unit which is located between the front foot unit and the heel unit. The middle foot unit is attached to the upper part of footwear sole, which is classified into a middle foot front unit (210) which corresponds to the foot width area, a remaining middle foot central unit (220), and a middle foot rear unit (230). The shoe insole is comprised of a lower side (110) and an upper side (120). A left and right supporting type cushion structure (400) is formed in the lower side of the sole which corresponds to the middle foot front unit of the footwear sole, and improves the jump force of a wearer when the wearer exercises.
