Summary:PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the luminous efficiency and lifetime of the organic light emitting diode display device by forming a first hole common layer and a second hole common layer including hole transport materials and metal or metal compounds. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode (110) and a second electrode (150) are separately formed on a substrate (100). A charge generating layer (130) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A first stack (120) includes a first hole common layer (122), a first light emitting layer (124), and a first electron common layer (126) which are successively stacked. A second stack (140) includes a second hole common layer (142), a second light emitting layer (144), and a second electron common layer (146) which are successively stacked. At least one of the first hole common layer and the second hole common layer includes hole transport materials and metal or metal compounds.
