CONSTITUTION: A solid ink stick (10) includes a solid ink body part (14) having a central part (18), a first end surface (22), a second end surface (26), a third surface (34), a pair of first protrusions (46), a pair of second protrusions (58), and a fifth protrusion (70). The third surface is extended from the edge of the first end surface to the edge of the second end surface. The first protrusions are extended from the third surface. The second protrusions are extended from the third surface. The fifth protrusion is extended from the third surface.
