Summary:PURPOSE: A chassis of a vehicle is provided to make each stabilizer unable to freely rotate with respect to a vehicle body by fixing the stabilizer to the vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A chassis of a vehicle comprises a front axle (13) and a rear axle (14). The front axle comprises front wheels (15). The rear axle comprises rear wheels (16). A first stabilizer (18) is extended into between wheel suspensions (17) for the front wheels in the area of the front axle. A second stabilizer (19) is extended into between wheel suspensions for the rear wheels in the area of the rear axle. The lateral end sections of the stabilizer are separately fixed to a single wheel suspension. A spring-damper system is fixed to each wheel suspension. The spring-damper system is supported by a vehicle body (12). The spring-damper system comprises a spring member and a damper member.
