Summary: | PURPOSE: An austenite steel material with the excellent wear resistance and ductility is provided to supply a steel material which prevents the degradation of the steel material which is caused by carbide and to have the excellent wear and corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an austenite steel material with the excellent wear resistance and ductility comprises the following steps. A slab, which is composed of, in wt%: Mn: 8-15; C satisfying the relation of 23 < 33.5 C-Mn <= 37%; Cu: 1.6 C-1.4 (%) <= Cu <= 5; and the remainder Fe and other inevitable impurities, is heated from more than 1050°C to less than 1250°C. A steel plate is manufactured by hot-rolling the heated slab from more than 800°C to less than 1050°C. The steel sheet which becomes with the hot rolling hot rolling is decided on to the cooling speed more than 10°C / s to the temperature less than 600°C with accelerated cooling.
