Summary:The invention relates to a method for mitigating interference on a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) used by at least two cells (C1, C2), the method comprising: distributing a number of control channel elements of the Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) among the cells (C1, C2), and determining a set of cell identifiers (cell ID1, cell ID2) for the cells (C1, C2) based on a number of collisions of the control channel elements in a downlink sub-frame (SF) of the Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH), a location of the control channel elements in the downlink sub-frame (SF) being dependent on the cell identifiers (cell ID1, cell ID2). The invention also relates to a computer program product and to an arrangement (BS1) for implementing the method, as well as to a heterogeneous network (1) comprising at least one such arrangement (BS1).
