PURPOSE: A thermosetting silicone rubber composition is provided to prevent the influence to physical properties after curing while having excellent surface strength, and to prevent the influence to properties of products after curing. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting silicone rubber composition comprises the following: 100 parts of silicon gum by weight; 10-100 parts of reinforcing silica by weight; 0.5-20 parts of silicon processing aid by weight with a functional group in the end; and 0.01-5 parts of surface strength improving agent by weight containing more than one mixture of a borate compound and a boric acid compound. The boric acid compound is boric acid (H3BO3) with more than 90% concentration, or boric acid powder with more than 99.5% concentration. The borate compound is liquid triethylborate with more than 97% concentration.
