Summary:PURPOSE: A compound contained in a pharmaceutical composition for immunosuppression is provided to selectively remove active T cell related to immune rejection response, to minimize side effect in organ transplantation and autoimmune disease treatment, and to treat chronic immune rejection response. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for immunosuppression contains a compound of chemical formula 1, a derivative thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition suppresses immune rejection in organ transplantation or autoimmune increases. The autoimmune diseases are selected from the group consisting of rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, atopic dermatitis, asthma, Crohn's disease, systemic scleroderma, psoriasis, pemphigus, aphthous stomatitis, chronic fibrous thyroiditis, dermatoneurology, and polymyositis.
