Summary:PURPOSE: An emergency escape device using an escaping rod is provided to increase convenience of storing, and preventing damage of human life in emergency by reducing assembling time and rapidly escaping. CONSTITUTION: An emergency escape device using an escaping rod comprises an opening part(110) providing pathway for moving between upper layer and lower layer, a door part(120) installed to open and close the opening part, an escaping rod(130) passing through the opening part in upward as established to disjoint from the lower layer, and a fixture(140) fixed to attach and detach to use the escaping rod to go down. The escaping rod is connected with a fixing wire(134) to draw off to the sides and combined with a hook(135) at the end of the fixing wire.
