PURPOSE: A composition for forming a coating film of a transparent conductive film is provided to obtain a transparent conductive film having excellent conductivity, a light transparency, environment durability, process durability, and adhesiveness in a single coating process. CONSTITUTION: A composition for forming a coating film comprises at least one selected from metal nanowires and metal nanotubes as a first component, at least one selected from polysaccharides and derivative thereof as a second component, an active methylene compound as a third component, an electrophilic compound as a fourth component, and a solvent as a fifth component. The electrophilic compound of the fourth component is at least one selected from an isocyanate compound, an epoxy compound, an aldehyde compound, an amine compound, and a methylol compound.
