Summary: | PURPOSE: A rapid cooling port using a thermoelectric element is provided to cool a fluid in short time by individually arranging thermoelectric elements in the most efficient position in which the cooling port touches the fluid of the inside of a cup in the port. CONSTITUTION: A rapid cooling port using a thermoelectric element comprises cooling using thermoelectric elements in the inside of the port by including the thermoelectric elements touching fluid of the port. A radiation unit of the thermoelectric element comprises a fan in order to discharge heat and maintain cooling performance of the thermoelectric element for rapid cooling. A case in which high temperature air does not penetrate inside component in the radiation unit is comprised so that the fluid is efficiently cooled. The cooling device forms a control unit controlling the temperature while displaying the temperature with a temperature display unit. The cooling device controls the temperature as a predetermined temperature by an operation unit.
