Summary:PURPOSE: A multi-purpose welding torch cover and a method using the same are provided to prevent deformation of the welding portion by blocking the inflow of wind from the outside during the welding work. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose welding torch cover has one side coupled to a welding torch(100) and the other side contacted to the surrounding surface of welding portion, and covers the welding portion. A torch cover(200) includes a cover body and a soft contact part. A coupling hole is formed at one side of cover body to which the welding torch penetrates and coupled and a contact end, which is tightly contacted to the welding portion surrounding, is formed at the other side of cover body so as to cover the welding portion. The soft contact part is coupled to the contact end between the contact end of cover body and the surrounding surface of welding portion, thereby smoothly contacting the welding portion surrounding.
