Summary: | PURPOSE: A piezoelectric actuator, an inkjet head assembly, and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to form a portion in which an external electrode is connected to a flexible printed circuit to be flat, thereby fimly keeping the connection of the external electrode and the flexible printed circuit. CONSTITUTION: An inkjet head plate(110) includes an ink inlet(111), a reservoir(112), a plurality of pressure chambers(114), and a plurality of nozzles(116). The reservoir stores ink which is introduced into the ink inlet. A plurality of restrictors(113) is provided between the reservoir and the pressure chambers in order to restrict ink in the pressure chambers from flowing backwardly to the reservoir. A piezoelectric actuator(120) provides driving force for discharging ink to the inkjet head plate. The piezoelectric actuator includes a lower electrode(123) serving as a common electrode, a plurality of upper electrode(127) serving as driving electrodes, and a piezoelectric substance(125) deformed according to application of voltage. |
