Summary: | This embrocation for forming an antifouling layer is an organic solvent having a surface tension of 20.0 mN/m or less, and a boiling point of 95 to 200°C, and is obtained by dissolving silane containing a perfluoropolyether group represented by general formula [1]. An antifouling article formed with an antifouling layer using the embrocation is excellent in antifouling performance and abrasion resistance, and further, even if the surface of the antifouling layer of the antifouling article is exposed to vapor such as water, dot-like or streaky cloudiness is not generated on the surface, and the appearance and the design are not impaired. |
