Summary:PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve a viewing angle characteristic by forming a light compensation layer in a sub pixel region. CONSTITUTION: Sub pixel region is formed in a substrate(110). A thin film transistor corresponds to a sub pixel region. An interlayer dielectric layer(119) and a light compensation layer(220) are formed on the substrate. A light emitting diode includes a pixel electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and an electrode. A grating pattern is integrated with the light compensation layer.
